Terms and Conditions for Lucky Draw

1. This is a lucky draw based on your activities in the app. You are NOT required to pay any money at any point in time to Beworld Web Services Pvt Ltd.
2. The lucky draw will be held by computer generated algorithmic method and shall not involve any human interference physically.
3. Every user having a signed in account in the app is eligible to participate in the lucky draw.
4. You are allowed to obtain as many coupons for the lucky draw as of now based on your activity in the app.
5. Your eligibility to participate in the lucky draw is limited to the time you are a valid signed-in user of the app.
6. The prizes will be given out only by online transfer of money (in Indian rupees only) to a valid Indian banking account number. It is required of you to provide such a valid Indian banking account number within 15 days of you receiving online intimation of being a winner, failing which your prize shall stand withdrawn.
7. The lucky draw will be held periodically at a frequency in time as decided by BeWorld Web Services Pvt Ltd.
8. Beworld Web Services reserves the right to alter the prize amount and structure of the lucky draw at any point in time at its own discretion.
9. Any dispute arising in the process of lucky draw shall be settled in the competent courts of law in Hyderabad, India only.
10. Beworld reserves the right to alter, modify, change, delete any of the above terms and conditions at its own discretion at any point in time. Further, Beworld Web Services Pvt Ltd can at its own discretion stop the lucky draw at any point in time without notice.
11. By entering the lucky draw you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in full.
